Our trainers are certified by leading organizations such as the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and they have the expertise and experience to help you achieve your best.

Meet Our Personal Trainers
Our trainers are the heart of Health First Fitness. They are passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
*Patrick Morris* is a Knoxville native and a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a double major in Kinesiology & Psychology. He has been working with clients for the past 7 years and is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Precision Nutrition Level one Coach. In his free time, Patrick enjoys cycling, both on and off road, and is a card-carrying coffee snob with a love for hoppy craft brews.
*Michelle Kenik, BS, CPT* is an owner and a trainer at Health First Fitness. She has a B.S. from the University of Tennessee in Biology and holds a CPT certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Michelle is also a Spin instructor at Health First Fitness and enjoys working with clients who are looking to get back into shape or improve upon their existing physical fitness regimen.
*Michael Kenik, BS, CSCS, CPT* is an owner and a trainer at Health First Fitness. Michael has a B.S. from the University of Tennessee in Exercise Science and holds CSCS and CPT certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has worked in the strength and conditioning and fitness fields for 10 years with clients ranging from elite athletes, weekend warriors, and individuals just looking to shed pounds or shape up.
