What pet species do you care for?
We provide services for dogs, cats, birds, small animals, and backyard chickens. We currently do not offer exotic animal care.
What happens during extreme weather?
We maintain service during typical conditions but reserve the right to modify outdoor time for safety during severe weather events.
How do you handle medical emergencies?
We monitor pet health during visits and contact owners immediately about concerns. We cannot administer injections but will facilitate urgent vet access.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations incur full charges to maintain scheduling stability for our team.
Do you provide overnight stays?
We currently focus on daytime visits and do not offer overnight or boarding services at this time.
How do meet-and-greet appointments work?
Initial consultations allow pet introduction and care plan discussion. Please share medical history and provide secure access methods during this session.
