Our Process

1. Wood Cutting: Once the client has approved the design, we carefully measure and cut the raw wood into the specified sizes.

2. Wood Preparation: We manually sand the pieces using a sanding block for smaller pieces or an electric sander for larger pieces. For handcrafted designs, we remove outer layers of wood pieces by carving or scraping the surface. The surface is then smoothed by a technique called planing.

3. Wood Finish: We apply several coats of high-quality paint, lacquer, varnish, or other finishes to protect and beautify the wood. We then polish or buff the wood to bring out the shine according to the client's specifications.
