Our Story
Born and raised in the San Francisco Peninsula, Briani Phelps is a true Mid-Peninsula native. Growing up, Briani was encouraged to embrace three main core values - values she carries into her professional life to this day: Respect, Integrity, and Hard Work. Briani's first Real Estate position was in the Commercial Property Management field, where she had the opportunity to learn about Commercial rents, regulations, and tenant/landlord rights. Ultimately, however, her career segued into her true calling - Residential Real Estate when she joined The Watson-Marshall Group of Compass Realty - one of the top Real Estate teams in the nation (per the Wall Street Journal). Her current position as Salesperson/Marketing Manager allows her the opportunity to represent home sellers and home buyers personally while helping craft the cutting-edge marketing platforms used by the group.
