Experience Matters: Trust Us to Negotiate for You
At Flux Psychology, we believe that finding yourself is a journey, and it's okay to not have it all figured out. In fact, it's more than okay - it's normal. Life is full of curveballs, and it's easy to feel lost and overwhelmed. That's where we come in. Our licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Andrea Liner, has been working with clients in various states of "flux" for over a decade, specializing in working with post-millennials (those in their 20s and 30s) who are feeling lost during big life transitions.
Our approach is unique because we don't just listen (although that's part of it). We gently challenge you, call out your BS, and help you grow. We give you direction, guidance, and tools to help you implement change in your life, all done with your best interests in mind. Our therapeutic methods combine Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (CBT and ACT) to help you understand the bigger picture, identify the origins of your behavior and outlook, and provide you with practical tools to take action and build the life you want.
Our Services
At Flux Psychology, we offer individual therapy sessions designed to help you navigate life's changes, improve your relationships and communication skills, boost your self-confidence and self-esteem, and gain a sense of stability and self-awareness. Our online therapy practice is 100% private and discrete, so you can feel comfortable and secure as you work through your challenges.
What to Expect
If you're overwhelmed and struggling to connect with your authentic self, our therapy services are here to help. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative approach where you're in the driver's seat, and Dr. Liner guides you toward understanding how you came to arrive where you are. We'll work together to identify the origins of your behavior and outlook, and then provide you with practical tools and techniques to help you implement change in your daily routine.
