Our Story
Born in 1988, Phylicia has always had a passion for hair and makeup. With extensive training at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in Erie and a dual Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Forensic Accounting from Carlow University, Phylicia has been a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Pennsylvania since 2007. But it wasn't until 2015 that Phylicia left her job as a tax accountant to pursue her true passion - making people feel like the best version of themselves.
