- Mark Eastman, President & Marco Island Project Manager: With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark has been instrumental in leading Divco Custom Homes to its current status as a premier design-build firm.
- Ron Glace, COO & Director of Construction: With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Ron oversees all construction management and maintains a strong working relationship with homeowners and contractors.
- Shane Kauffman, CFO & Business Operations Manager: With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Shane oversees the corporate finance, accounting, and risk management for Divco Custom Homes.
- Dave Chernin, Executive Director of Design and Business Development: With over 30 years of experience in the architectural engineering and construction industry, Dave will design new models in several of Divco's single-family neighborhoods.
- Kerry Reed, New Home Sales Consultant: With a background in real estate and construction development, Kerry will lead the sales efforts for Divco Custom Homes.
