Yang Style T'ai Chi Ch'uan

Our Yang Style T'ai Chi Ch'uan program is designed to help you improve your physical and mental well-being. This ancient Chinese martial art emphasizes slow and fluid movements, which can help to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall sense of balance and harmony. Our classes are led by experienced instructors who will guide you through the traditional Yang style long form, sword forms, push-hands, and other applications.

Shaolin Kung Fu

Shaolin Kung Fu is a traditional Chinese martial art that emphasizes explosive power and fluid movement. Our Shaolin Kung Fu program is designed for adults and children aged 6 and above. Our instructors will teach you traditional empty-hand forms, applications, sword forms, and self-defense techniques.

Kenseido Martial Arts

Kenseido Martial Arts is a comprehensive martial art that combines techniques from various disciplines, including karate, aikido, and MMA. Our Kenseido program is designed to help you improve your physical fitness, coordination, and overall well-being. Our instructors will teach you traditional forms, applications, and self-defense techniques.

Massage Therapy

Our licensed massage therapist, Brenda Kramer, LMT, has over two years of experience in massage therapy and 10 years as an LVN. She is experienced in massage therapy for all ages, with age-specific experience in geriatric to pediatric in that order. Her passion for massage therapy began about 8 years ago while working as a nurse. As a Massage Therapist, Brenda is able to focus on one person with absolutely undivided attention. Her personal and professional experience encouraged her to pursue her pediatric massage certification.

Chi Kung (Qigong) and Meditation

Our Chi Kung and meditation program is designed to help you attaining better Chi flow in the body (body energetics) associated with breathing and a relaxed mindset. Our instructor, Nameer Kirma, PhD, has over two decades of experience teaching Chi Kung and meditation. Our program includes a large body of ancient Chinese meditative and body flow exercises that help in reducing stress and physical tension and enhancing mental focus.

Yoga and Meditation

Our yoga program is taught by certified yoga teacher, Cheryl LaPlante. With 20 years of yoga practice and first-hand experience in the benefits of yoga, she has inspired to share the joy of yoga with others. Her study and practice of yoga have given her a deep understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of this ancient practice.
