Founded in 1969 by Donna and Sam Sexton, Rental Management, Inc. has a rich history of providing quality housing to low-income families. Our mission has always been to offer living accommodations that meet or exceed the standards of full-market rents. Donna Sexton - Owner/Co-Founder

With 46 years of experience managing HUD subsidized and market-rate properties, Donna Sexton is a true pioneer in the industry. As the Co-Founder and Owner of Rental Management, Inc., she has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision and direction.

Farrell Sexton - President

As President of Rental Management, Inc., Farrell Sexton brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role. With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Arkansas, he has a deep understanding of the complex issues that affect our tenants and the communities we serve.

Powell Sanders - Chairman of the Board

As Chairman of the Board, Powell Sanders brings a wealth of legal and practical experience to the company. With his extensive background in law and business, he provides valuable counsel to our team and has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction.
