About Our Services

Our yoga classes, led by experienced instructors like Lisa Lofthouse, are tailored to suit all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our massage therapy sessions, offered by skilled therapists like Carol Fields, Kendra Winpegler, and Michelle Rutherford, are designed to ease tension, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. We also offer psychotherapy sessions with Heather Scarboro, providing a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Additionally, our aesthetician, Carol Fields, offers a range of skin care treatments to help you look and feel your best.

Our Story

Breathing Space was founded in January 2005 by Lisa Lofthouse, a Kripalu yoga teacher, artist, spiritual seeker, and author of Journey to a Life of Bliss. Lisa's vision was to create a supportive environment where people could come to nourish their bodies, minds, and spirits. Today, we're proud to be a hub for wellness and self-care in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and beyond.
