Our Story

Our legacy begins with Neil Adams, a skilled craftsman with a passion for building and creating. With over 10 years of construction experience under his belt, Neil founded his own business in 1981 with a vision to help people achieve their dream homes. Alongside his wife, Jennifer, who brought her bookkeeping skills to the table, Neil built a reputation for trustworthy, quality work and a passion for helping people achieve their dreams.

Fast-forward to today, and Neil's legacy lives on through his children, Lindsey and Michael. Lindsey, Neil and Jennifer's youngest child, has grown up working alongside her parents and has become a skilled and dedicated member of the team. Michael, their eldest child, has also been working in the family business for many years and has taken the reins as President of the company after Neil's passing in 2023.

• Lindsey Adams: A skilled and dedicated member of the team, who has grown up with the company and is committed to building a legacy of her own.
• Mark Salley: Our Honorary Adams, who has been with the company since 1985 and has earned a place as an honorary member of the Adams family.
