Our Process

At RC Contractors, we believe that a well-planned project is a successful project. Our four-step process ensures that every aspect of your project is carefully planned and executed:

1. Planning & Pre-Construction: We define project scope, budget, and timeline, performing feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk assessments.

2. Project Execution: We mobilize resources and personnel to the job site, manage construction activities and personnel, and oversee safety, quality control, and risk management.

3. Monitoring & Control: We conduct regular site visits and inspections, evaluate and mitigate project risks, and monitor budget and schedule performance.

4. Project Closeout: We perform final inspections and testing, complete project documentation and reporting, and resolve any outstanding issues or disputes.

With over 20 years of experience in the painting industry, Chris has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality work that exceeds his clients' expectations. Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing golf and has even managed to get most of his colleagues at RC Contractors hooked on the sport too.
