Healing Hands, Nurturing Souls
Welcome to our Traditional Thai Massage practice. Our practice is built on the principles of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep stretching, and rhythmic compression to create a unique healing experience. We are dedicated to providing a harmonious state of being and removing obstacles on the path toward Promiiwihansii or The Four Divine States of Mind: Loving Kindness, Vicarious Joy, Compassion, and Equanimity. Our services are based on the ancient healing work from Thailand, deeply influenced by Indian Ayurved and Traditional Chinese medicine.
Our Services
We offer Traditional Thai Massage services, performed on a mat on the floor with the client wearing light, loose-fitting clothing. The session can last from one hour to three hours or more, depending on the client's needs. Our treatment style is slow, deliberate, gentle, non-invasive, and suitable for even the most fragile person.
Our Thai Massage sessions incorporate elements of assisted yoga Asanas to open the joints and relieve the tension in surrounding muscles, allowing prana, chi, or healing energy to move more freely through the body. We use gentle rocking, thumb pressure and rhythmic compression to prepare the body for the stretches, so the person feels "invited" to receive the stretch and defense reactions are not triggered. Our services promote a harmonious state of being and strive to remove obstacles on the path toward Promiiwihansii or The Four Divine States of Mind: Loving Kindness, Vicarious Joy, Compassion, and Equanimity.
