Are your artists insured?
Yes, all our artists carry individual insurance policies available upon request during booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card payments via invoice, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp for private bookings.
How do I determine required service duration?
Our artists service 10-15 guests hourly. For 25 children, book 2 hours minimum with our standard booking policy.
What paint brands do you use?
We use premium FDA-compliant paints from Wolfe FX, Diamond FX, TAG, and other professional brands.
Do you work in extreme weather?
We require indoor climate control for temperatures below 60°F or above 80°F for guest comfort.
