Lee M. Cecil is a lifelong resident of High Point, North Carolina, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University (1984) and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law (1987). A James Mason Scholarship winner, Mr. Cecil is a respected member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Greensboro Family Law Section.
