Our History

Philpotts Interiors was founded in the 1960s by the visionary Mary Philpotts McGrath, who drew upon Hawaii's rich cultural heritage to create a unique design aesthetic that blended modern and traditional elements. Over the years, our firm has grown and evolved, expanding our services to include high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Today, our team is led by Marion Philpotts-Miller, Lowell Tom, and Holly Boling Ruiz, who continue to carry on Mary's legacy and expand upon the firm's work with purpose and passion.
