Our principle, James DeOtte, has over three decades of experience in the industry, and our firm is registered with the State of Texas and maintains professional liability insurance policy with the DPIC, as well as standard general liability insurance.

Our team consists of senior engineering personnel, certified floodplain managers, registered land surveyors, and technical specialists who are members of various professional organizations, including the Texas Floodplain Management Association (TFMA), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the Texas Society of Professional Land Surveyors (TSPS), the Water Environmental Federation (WEF), the Water Environmental Association of Texas (WEAT), the American Water Works Association (AWWA), and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).
