C. Mariani Antiques

Founded in 1986 by third-generation artisan and antiques dealer Claudio Mariani, our company stands as a distinguished showroom and renowned atelier specializing in 17th, 18th, and 19th-century European antiques. We pride ourselves on offering museum-quality restoration services, including conservation, gilding, marquetry, and fine art repair, performed by a dedicated team of over 20 full-time artisans. Our custom furniture and reproduction lines cater to design professionals globally, blending historical craftsmanship with contemporary needs. With decades of experience, we have become the preeminent wholesaler of high-end Italian and French antiques, featured in major shelter publications such as Architectural Digest and Elle Decor. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our rigorous attention to detail, from scratch removal and French polishing to infestation management and specialty leather replacement.

As a one-stop shop for custom projects, we combine traditional techniques with modern innovation to enhance interiors worldwide. Our minimum restoration fee of $1,000 USD underscores our dedication to quality, ensuring every piece meets our exacting standards. Over 30 years of service have solidified our reputation as a trusted leader in the antiques industry, serving clients who demand unrivaled craftsmanship and authenticity. Our San Francisco location operates by appointment, offering personalized consultations for both antique acquisitions and bespoke commissions.
