At Gateway Physical Therapy, we are a therapist-owned outpatient rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment of patients with varying diagnoses. Our mission is to provide cost-effective treatment, education, and prevention to improve the physical health, fitness, and quality of life of individuals.
Our Services
Our skilled physical therapists provide treatment for numerous conditions, including but not limited to bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, foot pain, golf injuries, hip/knee/ankle injuries, neck/back pain, nerve injuries, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder pain, tennis/golfer's elbow, TMJ syndrome, vestibular rehabilitation, and women's health. In addition to physical therapy services, patients who complete physical therapy treatment are welcome to join our aftercare program, which allows them to use the facility with professional instruction to maintain and improve physical strength and conditioning.

Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers: patients, physicians, and payors. We are committed to helping patients through skilled physical therapy and providing an outlet for referral sources aimed at providing the best patient care possible. We believe in integrating patient care by having direct communication with neighboring physicians in the North St. Paul Medical Building.
Insurance and Payment
Gateway Physical Therapy has contracts with all local insurance providers, as well as state and federal insurance providers. We also contract with worker's compensation insurance. Prior to your first visit, our patient coordinator will verify all of your insurance benefits.
