Our journey began in 2013, when our founders, Nicholas Minton and Ilah Rose Minton, brought their shared passion for specialty coffee and art to the Sacramento Farmers Market. Our coffee stall quickly became a favorite among locals and visitors alike, and we soon expanded to open our first cafe in Midtown Sacramento.
