• Michael Lightman, Sr., President - With over 50 years of experience in commercial real estate, Michael Sr. has developed over 1.5 million square feet of retail shopping centers, 2 million square feet of apartments, 1 million square feet of movie theaters, and half a million square feet of warehouses.
• Michael Lightman Jr., Vice President - Michael Jr. has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years, focusing on development, acquisitions, and property management.
• Stephanie Cannon, Chief Financial Officer - Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, providing essential financial guidance to our company.
• Debra Owings, President - Retail Management Services Company - Debra has over 35 years of experience in property management and has served as president of Retail Management Services Company since its founding in 2006.
• Adam Lightman, Associate - Adam assists in asset management and future developments, as well as investment sales analysis and digital marketing.
