• Robert Kahn, P.E.: Principal and founder of RK Engineering Group, Robert is a registered Civil and Traffic Engineer with the State of California and has over 50 years of experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering.
• Rogier Goedecke: President and CEO, Rogier brings over 25 years of business development and managerial experience to RK Engineering Group. He is a key member of Vistage Worldwide and the National Parking Association Board.
• Bryan Estrada, AICP: A certified planner with AICP and PTP accreditation, Bryan leads the Environmental Engineering team at RK and has technical expertise in transportation, acoustics, and air quality.
