Tracey Burde is a licensed acupuncturist and the founder of Wellspring, a healing center dedicated to encouraging the healthy expression of one's physical wellbeing. Tracey has been practicing acupuncture for over two decades and has dedicated her life to the study and mastery of this ancient healing art. Tracey's passion for acupuncture and Chinese medicine was born out of her own personal health challenges and her desire to help others find balance and vitality in their lives.

Flowing with the Seasons

Tracey believes that the key to optimal health and wellness is to live in harmony with the natural rhythms of the body and the world around us. She calls this approach "Flowing with the Seasons" and it is at the heart of everything she does at Wellspring. By working with the body's natural energy systems, Tracey helps her clients to tap into their own inner wisdom and vitality, and to find balance and harmony in all aspects of their lives.

Services Offered

Wellspring offers a wide range of services designed to help clients find balance and live in harmony with the natural rhythms of the body and the world around them. These services include:

*Classical Acupuncture:* Tracey uses a unique form of acupuncture called Classical Acupuncture or Five Element Acupuncture. This form of acupuncture focuses on treating the root cause of imbalances in the body, rather than just the symptoms. By activating the body's own healing ability, Tracey helps her clients to rebalance and restore themselves naturally.

*Qigong:* Qigong is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, or qi. Tracey offers classes and individual sessions in a variety of qigong styles, including Wu Ming Qigong, to help clients find a path that best supports their personal goals, and to evolve this amazing energetic science.

*Women's Health:* Tracey has extensive experience in the use of acupuncture and herbal medicine to support women's health. She has helped many women to manage a wide range of health issues, including menstrual disorders, menopause, fertility, and more. Tracey's holistic approach helps women to reduce stress, balance the endocrine system, and find greater harmony in their lives.

*Eating for Healing:* Tracey believes that the food we eat is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing and maintaining optimal health. She offers advice and guidance on how to use food as medicine, and how to support emotional and physical health through acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
