Brad Fleet, the founder of Signature Homes, has a strong background in finance, having received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Policy and International Development from Harvard University. With over three decades of experience in the industry, Brad has built a reputation for his exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and passion for designing homes that reflect its clients' unique personalities.
Our Team
Gary Flint, a Project Manager with over two decades of experience in building luxury custom homes, has been working with Signature Homes since 2001. He received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. With a strong understanding of architecture and engineering, Gary plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of every project.

Our Custom Home Building Process
- Building Site: We assist you in finding the perfect piece of property or assist you in locating and purchasing a new property through our affiliate company Barton Springs Realty.
- Architectural Design: We help you design your dream home, working with an architectural designer of your choice or providing recommendations for designers we have worked with in the past.
- Financing: We help you secure financing through a third-party lender or on a cash basis.
- Construction: We ensure regular progress updates and budget updates to keep you informed and ensure timely completion of the project.
- Interior Design: We work with interior design professionals to simplify the design selection process or provide recommendations for designers we have collaborated with in the past.
Remodeling & Additions
In addition to new construction, Signature Homes also offers remodeling services to transform your current home into the home you have always dreamed of. Our experienced team will guide you through the design, budgeting, financing, and construction process to achieve your desired results.
Green Building
As an original member and seminar lecturer for the Austin Energy Green Building program, we can offer and discuss many options for green building home design methods. Our green building techniques include high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, smart home systems, and sustainable building materials, among others. We believe that building green is not only good for the environment but also for our clients' wallets, as it can help reduce energy consumption and save money on utility bills.
