Hi, I'm Erica, and I'm thrilled you've found the Spoiled Yogi blog. I'm a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher dedicated to helping pregnant and new mamas live their lives more, manage stress, and find a healthier balance of all things that #momlife demands of them. Through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, self-care, a strong community of like-minded mamas, and a little bit of humor, I believe mamas can learn to take better care of themselves and live the happy, healthy lives they've always dreamed of.

Our Services

We offer a variety of services designed to help you on your journey to a healthier, happier you. Our classes include Feel Good Flow Yoga for all levels, Prenatal Yoga for all trimesters, and more. We also provide guided meditations, self-care tips, and a strong community of like-minded mamas to support you every step of the way.

Our Classes

Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out. Our Feel Good Flow Yoga class is perfect for all levels and is offered online via Zoom on Saturdays at 9 am. Our Prenatal Yoga class is tailored for all trimesters and is also offered online via Zoom on Saturdays at 10 am. We believe that everyone deserves to experience the benefits of yoga, so we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in all of our classes.

Our Guided Meditations

Our guided meditations are designed to help you relax, unwind, and cultivate a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit. They're perfect for mamas looking to reduce stress, improve sleep, or simply find a few moments of peace in their busy lives. Our meditations are available online and can be practiced from the comfort of your own home.

I'm Erica, the founder of Spoiled Yogi. I'm a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher who is passionate about helping pregnant and new mamas love their lives more, manage stress, and find a healthier balance of all things that #momlife demands of them. Through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, self-care, a strong community of like-minded mamas, and a little bit of humor, I believe mamas can learn to take better care of themselves and live the happy, healthy lives they've always dreamed of.

Our Story

When I started Spoiled Yogi, I hadn't paid for yoga in five years. I studied with most of the best asana and meditation teachers in the world. In fact, amazing teachers came to my office to teach me (for free) every day. All I had to do was walk down the hall, and sometimes I chose not to because I didn't feel like it or because I didn't care for a particular teacher's specialty. But then, I had an epiphany. I realized that the whole point of a yoga practice is to live in the present. I committed to practicing yoga a ton, sometimes alone, sometimes in a studio. I meditated (a lot!), and I contemplated just what makes me really worthy to be a spark of the Divine. For years, I navigated my practice in the real world, sharing my story along the way, even when life conspired against me.
