Our Story

Founded on the city's southwest side, Chicago Metal Fabricators has over a century of experience with custom fabrications in work around the globe, serving a wide array of industries. Starting as a metal cabinet and ductwork fabricator in the early 20th century, we have evolved to specialize in light and heavy components from 20 gauge up to 7 plate. Our ability to adapt and grow with innovative design concepts and advancing technology has been the foundation for our success.

Our Commitment

From concept to completion, we are committed to exceeding customer expectations and creating quality custom component solutions that meet precise specifications, quality standards, and on-time delivery deadlines. Our fully integrated, ISO 9001:2015 compliant operations include two locations - a 200,000 sqft heavy metal facility in Chicago and a 60,000 sqft light gauge facility in Elk Grove Village, each with full-service capabilities from reverse engineering and prototyping to mass production and assembly.
