Targeted therapy focusing on deeper muscle layers to release chronic tension and correct postural imbalances. Utilizes firm pressure and slow strokes to break down adhesions and improve mobility. Effective for athletes and individuals with repetitive strain injuries.
Hot Stone Therapy
Therapeutic treatment using heated stones to relax muscles and enhance circulation. Combines traditional massage with heat therapy to relieve stress and promote deep relaxation. Particularly effective for muscle stiffness and tension-related discomfort.
Cupping Therapy
Ancient healing technique using suction cups to increase blood flow and release muscle tension. Helps reduce inflammation, improve range of motion, and accelerate recovery from injuries. Often combined with other massage modalities for enhanced effectiveness.
