Our journey began in 1982 when Ken Tillage turned his passion for custom cabinet-making into a sole proprietorship. As his success grew, he became a general contractor and founded Ken Tillage Construction Company in 1991. For over a decade, the company experienced steady and consistent growth until his son, Keith Tillage, proposed joining the family business and expanding it into a multi-state, nationally recognized company. In 2000, the partners formed Tillage Construction, LLC, and focused primarily on leading commercial construction with innovative project management and cost analysis.
