Our experienced therapist, Sara Sugerman, has over 12 years of experience in providing individual and relationship counseling in Colorado Springs. Our mission is to help individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and strengthen their relationships.

About Our Services

Our services are designed to help you achieve your goals and improve your relationships. We offer a range of services, including:

  • Couples Counseling: We use the latest research and extensive experience to help couples stabilize, enrich, strengthen, and enjoy their relationship.
  • Solution-Focused & Narrative Therapy: We use strength-based, solution-focused therapy and narrative therapy to help individuals, couples, and families find effective solutions to their problems.
  • EMDR: We use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals recover from emotional wounds in a rapid and thorough manner.
  • Life and Executive Coaching: We offer coaching services to help individuals achieve specific life and work goals.
  • Coaching Hikes for Women: We offer life and executive coaching that takes place during a local hike, helping women develop a plan to achieve their goals.
  • Pet Loss Support: We have a special interest and over 16 years of experience helping people through the loss of a beloved pet.

About Sara Sugerman

Sara Sugerman, our experienced therapist, has been providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families since 1994. She received a master's degree in Social Work in 1993 from Washington University in St. Louis and a master's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in 1996. She is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and continues to seek training in the latest therapeutic developments to hone her skills.
