Services
Landscape Design
BrightShade Gardens creates customized outdoor spaces by starting with a client consultation to understand lifestyle needs. Our designs integrate hardscapes, plantings, and functional elements that maximize usability while respecting the property's natural conditions and the homeowner's budget. We focus on long-term sustainability and seasonal visual interest.
Drainage Solutions
We address drainage challenges by designing systems that redirect water away from foundations while maintaining landscape aesthetics. Our solutions include French drains, dry wells, and grading adjustments that prevent erosion and water damage without compromising the yard's functionality or beauty.
Patios
Transform your backyard with custom patios designed for entertaining or relaxation. We use durable materials like pavers, natural stone, or concrete to create weather-resistant surfaces that complement your home's architecture. Features include integrated seating, fire pits, and lighting for year-round usability.
Retaining Walls
Our retaining walls solve erosion problems while adding visual interest to your property. Constructed from stone, concrete blocks, or timber, these structures create level planting areas, prevent soil movement, and enhance curb appeal with design elements like curved walls or built-in seating.
Planting Design
We select plants based on sun exposure, soil type, and maintenance preferences to create vibrant, seasonally changing landscapes. Our expertise includes native plantings that support local ecosystems, low-maintenance foundation plantings, and specialty gardens tailored to specific aesthetic or functional goals.
