Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of criticism or rejection. We believe in empowering our clients to take control of their mental health and well-being, and to help them develop the skills and strategies necessary to overcome life's challenges.

Our Services

We offer a range of counseling services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our services include individual therapy, couples therapy, women's psychotherapy groups, and more. Our experienced therapists, Shelly Ishii and Emily Scott, are licensed and certified to provide counseling services to adolescents, emerging adults, adults, premarital couples, and younger couples.

Our Therapists

Our therapists, Shelly Ishii and Emily Scott, are dedicated professionals with years of experience in providing counseling services. Shelly has over 48 years of experience in hospitals, intensive out-patient programs, prison, dual-diagnosis programs, church recovery groups, and community settings. Emily has experience working with individual clients and groups on a range of issues, including substance use, parenting, anger management, grief and loss, and trauma.

Our Approach

We take an integrative approach to counseling, incorporating person-centered, psycho-dynamic, attachment theory, poly-vagal theory, cognitive-behavioral models, and Biblical truth to help our clients achieve their goals. We believe in working with each individual as a whole person - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually affected by their relationships within a family/community.
