Our Leadership

Our leadership team is committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. Our president and chief executive officer, Charles R. Toran, Jr., has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and consulting industry. Our vice president of finance and administration, Veronica B. Toran, has a strong background in finance and administration. Our regional managers, Thomas Munlynn and Jason Baguette, have extensive experience in engineering and consulting services.
