We specialize in preserving architectural integrity while protecting against Pacific Northwest weather conditions. By combining traditional techniques with modern materials like water-based acrylics and conversion varnish, we ensure long-lasting durability and aesthetic appeal for properties ranging from historic Tudor mansions to contemporary residences.
Interior Painting
We deliver flawless interior finishes using premium paints and meticulous preparation techniques. Our services include custom color schemes, Venetian plaster, faux finishes, and specialty coatings for walls, ceilings, and millwork. Each project receives precise cut lines, consistent textures, and hand-rubbed wax finishes that transform spaces while maintaining a controlled, smoke-free environment during application.
Color Consultation
Our color experts help clients create personalized palettes using premium brands like Farrow & Ball and Donald Kaufman. We consider lighting, material compatibility, and spatial dynamics to recommend hues that enhance architectural features. This service includes sample testing, finish recommendations, and coordination with specialty paints to achieve desired aesthetics while ensuring practical longevity.
Pressure Washing
We remove moss, mildew, and dirt from roofs, siding, and decks using calibrated pressure washing techniques. Our process balances effective cleaning with surface protection, employing appropriate chemicals and water pressure to prevent damage while extending the lifespan of exterior materials.
Wood Restoration
Specializing in Pacific Northwest wood preservation, we restore damaged siding, decks, and trim through chemical stripping, repair, and protective coatings. Our process includes moisture management solutions to combat regional humidity, ensuring wood maintains structural integrity and aesthetic appeal against environmental wear.
