Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer, Kistilan D., had a negative experience with Attorney Syd Smithers and his firm. The reviewer requested a quote for real estate closing services, including title registration, transfer, and insurance. However, the interaction turned sour when the reviewer used the term "$1800 bid, " which seemed to upset the attorney. The attorney hung up on the reviewer and refused to take their calls. When the reviewer called back from an alternate phone, the attorney was short and unhelpful, eventually hanging up again.
Lack of Professionalism
The reviewer was shocked by the attorney's unprofessional behavior, including being short-tempered, abrupt, and dismissive.
