At Treo Real Estate, we're committed to saving you money by getting rid of commissions. We understand that the amount of work it takes a real estate agent to buy or sell a home doesn't change with the price of the home. That's why we charge a simple, reduced price of only 1% for all of the same services as a traditional agent. Our services include MLS listings, marketing, yard signs, advertising, showings, lock boxes, and more!

Transparent and Affordable Pricing

Traditional agents charge 6% of the home selling price, with 3% going to the seller's agent, and 3% going to the buyer's agent. On a $300,000 home, that means the agents split over $18,000! At Treo, we provide the same services as they do, but at a fraction of the price. Our 1% rate is transparent and affordable, and we don't require any payment or contract up-front. Chris Warnick received his degree from Utah Valley University in Marketing. He has extensive experience in marketing, negotiation, and running successful businesses inside and out of the Real Estate Industry. Chris made a name for himself as a trusted Real Estate Professional well equipped to help his clients navigate the complexities of virtually any transaction. As a resident of Lehi, Chris channels his professional expertise along with his passion for helping people.

Meet Justin Cutler, Realtor & Attorney

Justin Cutler worked as an attorney in Sacramento, California, primarily practicing in the areas of business, real estate, employment, and estate planning. In 2016, Justin moved to Utah to start his own law firm, J. Cutler Law, which primarily focuses on real estate law and estate planning. Justin has a degree in economics which made him finely attuned to the frustrating inefficiency that is standard in the real estate industry. So when Justin was approached by Treo and learned of the innovated, commission-free pricing structure, he was more than eager to join forces with Treo.
