Ive known Jake for years we finally touched base again luckily. Jake is a charm he sat down with me and helped me understand what he does how he does it and how itll affect my business going forward. He wasnt pushy just had a vibe of being me understand what my next steps needed to be. We came up with my baby steps and some things/habits Id learned previously worked before had to be pruned away. Jake is a truly remarkable professional. We were experiencing voracious bandwidth usage with our WordPress site following a Theme update. Within minutes, Jake was able to identify the pages responsible for the increased usage. He then told me how I could fix the problem and keep it from recurring. Not only did he diagnose the problem and offer a solution, he went on to explain that the new Theme handled photos differently from the old Theme, causing the increase in bandwidth usage.
Another aspect of our interaction I found remarkable was Jakes old-world work ethic. I never got the impression I was being rushed. In fact, having addressed my immediate concerns, Jake took the time to review our WordPress set-up and offered suggestions to help me clean up and optimize our site.
