Our roof, built with a brand new asphalt ceiling, ensures the utmost protection for your goods. With a ceiling height of 28' clearance and column spacing of 36', our facility is designed to accommodate even the most complex storage requirements. All our buildings are fully sprinklered, ensuring the safety of your products at all times.

Our facility boasts 44 truck doors, 8 rail doors with Union Pacific rail service, and a fenced parking lot for added security. We also have a monitoring system in place for fire and burglar protection, ensuring the safety of your goods 24/7.
