Our team is led by Owner and Lead Inspector Jason Boni, who brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for the building industry. With a background in the US Army and experience as a carpenter and mason, Jason's enthusiasm for construction and education makes him an exceptional inspector. Our office manager, Laura Hvizdzak, ensures seamless communication and organization, while our lead inspectors, Colin Fischetti and Cameron Norris, have an impressive track record of thorough and detailed inspections. Environmental Specialist Pamela Trovato brings extensive knowledge of environmental issues, ensuring that our clients receive a comprehensive overview of their home's condition.
Our Services
At Guardian Home Inspection, we offer a range of services designed to cater to our clients' unique needs. Our comprehensive home inspections start at just $485, and we offer weekend and evening appointments by request. As a token of appreciation for our clients' loyalty, we offer a 10% discount on inspection fees for veteran and active-duty military members, as well as first responders. Additionally, we provide a $100 discount for returning clients booking their inspection within 90 days of their original service.
