At Tier 1 Utility Design, Inc. (Tier 1), we are a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBENC) and a certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), with a mission to be the first-choice provider for Transmission and Distribution Engineering Services for utility infrastructure projects. Established in January 2016, we have a team of over 70 engineers, project managers, designers, drafters, and construction support personnel located in our East coast and Midwest office locations.
