Our Leadership
We call ourselves Rollers. Don't get too lost in our titles. We're marketing, brand, digital design and development, and strategy experts, but we're also a team who's willing and able to break the mold to get results. Every one of us was born a Roller, whether they knew it or not. It means that while we each come to the table with a unique experience and perspective, we all share the same values and creative spirit that make us a team. We love what we do, and it shows; not just in the work we do but in the attitude and manner in which we do it.
Our Experts
We're proud to have an experienced team of experts who have spent years honing their skills in various facets of brand building. Our Co-Founder and CEO, Andrew Woods, has a background in print design but has found his true passion in web design and development. Our Co-Founder and COO, Cara Bonadio, has spent over 24 years honing her skills in many facets of brand building. Our Co-Founder and Creative Director, Chad Birenbaum, has 16 years of experience developing, managing, and executing complex design solutions. Our Senior Web Developers, Ryan Dunn and Zach Inscho, have both studied Graphic Design and have spent years working as developers.
