I am Don Primus, owner of Primus, which owns and manages office buildings in Hiawatha and Cedar Rapids, Iowa, primarily along the I-380 corridor. Our tenants consistently praise the quality of construction and our responsive service. In addition to property management, we offer commercial properties and land for sale. I founded Primus, Inc. in 1973 as a property development and home building company. Over the years, the company expanded into commercial construction, and several commercial buildings were constructed for ownership and management by our subsidiary, LAJ, L.C. All buildings we currently own and manage were originally constructed by Primus, and we undertake renovations as needed to accommodate our tenants.

Maintenance and management of our properties remain a top priority for our team. Beyond office buildings, I have developed numerous residential and commercial areas throughout Cedar Rapids and Hiawatha. I continue to develop commercial property that is available for purchase. Jayne Recker has been with Primus, Inc./LAJ, L.C. for 18 years, handling administrative, accounting, and document preparation tasks related to property leases and real estate closings. Prior to joining us, Jayne worked as a real estate paralegal at Bradley & Riley Law Firm in Cedar Rapids.
