Studio Policies
At La La Photography, we understand the importance of safety and hygiene in our studio. We take pride in maintaining a clean and disinfected environment for all our clients. We also respect the privacy of our clients and ensure that all images are kept confidential unless provided otherwise.
Disappointing Experiences
Some customers had a disappointing experience with LaLa Photography, citing issues with photo downloading and editing. For instance, William Begoyan rated the studio 3 stars and mentioned that his third visit was a disaster due to poor photo quality. Despite assurances that the issue would be fixed, the photos were not improved. The general manager did make amends by personally fixing the photos.
Elena Bukreeva also rated the studio 3 stars, complaining about the user-unfriendly download process. She found it tedious to have to wait for approval from someone before downloading her photos.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, many customers had excellent experiences with LaLa Photography. Sanjana Saini, Rosie J., Melanie Garcia, Robin Emeh, and Tatiana Neto all gave the studio 5-star ratings. They praised the photographers for their professionalism, creativity, and gentle care with their children during photoshoots.
Unpleasant Experience
Kelly, however, had a particularly unpleasant experience, rating the studio 2 stars. She found the photoshoot unprofessional and the staff unhelpful. She was unhappy with the editing process and felt that corrections to her photos were not a priority.
