Santa Cruz City Youth Soccer

Santa Cruz City Youth Soccer Club is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit organization that offers competitive and recreational soccer leagues and teams for youth in the City of Santa Cruz and surrounding areas. Established in 1982, we provide programs in the fall, winter, and spring. Our mission is to promote the development of youth soccer players through fair play, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.

Competitive Program

Our competitive program is designed for players who are looking to take their skills to the next level. We offer teams for players from U9 to U19, with tryouts held annually in the spring for the upcoming fall season. Our competitive teams participate in leagues and tournaments throughout the region, providing opportunities for players to develop their skills and compete against other top teams.

Recreational Program

Our recreational program is perfect for players who want to enjoy the game without the competitive pressure. We offer programs for players from U4 to U19, with spring and fall seasons available. Our recreational teams focus on fun, teamwork, and basic skill development in a supportive environment.

Tryouts for the 2024 Fall Competitive Season will be held in May and early June. Players are encouraged to pre-register for tryouts using the provided link.
