Founded in 1922, Mondamin is a unique summer camp for boys, nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Western North Carolina. For over a century, we have been providing boys, aged 6 to 17, with a nurturing environment to grow, learn, and create lifelong memories. Our mission is to foster self-esteem, build community living skills, and instill a respect for the environment and a love for the great outdoors.

Our program is non-competitive and non-regimented, encouraging campers to experiment, self-direct, and explore their interests in a wide range of activities. From hiking and kayaking to rock climbing and horseback riding, our program is designed to challenge, inspire, and excite.

- Hiking: With over 100 miles of trails in our backyard, our campers embark on daily hikes, exploring the beauty and wonder of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
- Water Activities: We offer canoeing, kayaking, sailing, and swimming, providing campers with the opportunity to learn water safety, navigation, and teamwork.
- Rock Climbing: Our campers challenge themselves, climbing the picturesque cliffs of Western North Carolina.
