Programs
We offer a variety of programs for both children and adults in Arlington. Our Little Kids Martial Arts program (ages 3-6) is designed to help preschoolers develop their gross motor skills and have tons of fun. Our Kids Martial Arts program (ages 7+) teaches self-defense, life skills, and character development, which has been shown to improve academic performance. Our Teen & Adult Martial Arts program is a high-energy workout that combines martial arts techniques with aerobic exercise, providing a fun and challenging way to get in shape.
