The majority of customers who reviewed this facility were extremely dissatisfied with the services provided. Many customers reported difficulties in getting in touch with the facility, with multiple attempts to contact them resulting in voicemails or no response at all.
Staff and Counselors
Several customers expressed concerns about the professionalism and competence of the staff and counselors. Some reported that counselors were unqualified or inexperienced, and that they did not provide adequate care to their clients. Additionally, some customers felt that counselors were more focused on their own personal issues than on providing actual therapy.
HIPAA Violations
There were several reports of HIPAA violations, where customer's private medical information was shared without their consent.
Counseling and Therapy
