Our Programs
We offer a range of martial arts programs that cater to different age groups and abilities. Our certified black belt instructors lead by example, empowering and influencing students of all ages to reach their full potential. *Starter Course*
Our starter course is a great way to get started with martial arts. For just $29.95, you'll receive one private lesson and one group class. This is a great opportunity to experience our programs and see if they're the right fit for you or your child.
*Kids 4-6 Years*
Our program for kids aged 4-6 years is designed to prepare your child for kindergarten. We focus on safety skills, life skills, and martial arts, helping your child become well-rounded by developing their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Our program encourages parents to be patient and not compare their child to others, as every child is unique and will improve at their own pace.
*Children*
Our children's program is designed to increase confidence, self-discipline, and self-esteem. We incorporate traditional taekwondo, boxing, grappling, and kickboxing techniques, as well as our "Six Tasks" Character Development Program. Our students are sent on a mission to record 50 acts of kindness, courtesy, and respect, which enable them to learn by applying as they complete their first journal. We reward our students for good behavior and encourage academic achievement.
*Teens & Adults*
Our teens and adults program is a personal development journey that will last a lifetime. While baseball, basketball, dance, and soccer are great activities, our programs focus on character development, goal-setting, and personal growth. We help our students become black belts of excellence for life.
*Birthday Parties*
Our karate birthday parties are a fun and unique way to celebrate your child's special day. Our certified black belt instructors will lead a martial arts-themed party with games, activities, and a mini-lesson. This is a great way to introduce your child and their friends to martial arts in a fun and engaging way.
