Poor Experience at the Office
The author of the first review, Marissa Crowther, had a terrible experience at the office. She mentioned that the dentist did not clean the area properly before placing a cap, which resulted in the cap falling off and leaving her daughter's mouth worse than before. She also mentioned that another cap had fallen off months later, revealing rot and a terrible smell. The author felt that the dentist was not comprehensive in their work and that it was a poor experience.
