We recommend finalizing bookings as soon as possible, with trial sessions scheduled at least 90 days before events. Artist assignments finalize six months prior to wedding dates.
Do you accommodate diverse hair textures?
Yes, our team specializes in working with all hair textures and types. We have experience executing styles for African American brides and clients with various hair needs.
What are service minimum requirements?
During high season (March-June, September-December), minimums require four services for Friday/Sunday events and five for Saturdays. Alternative arrangements apply for weekday bookings.
Can I request specific artists?
Yes, you may request specific artists via email. We'll make every effort to accommodate preferences while ensuring optimal team assignments for your event needs.
Are travel fees included in pricing?
Travel fees apply for on-location services and vary based on distance. Studio appointments at our Austin location do not incur travel charges.
