What is your cancellation policy for spa appointments?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations incur a 50% charge, while no-shows are charged full price. Facial appointments need 24-hour notice, same-day bookings require 4-hour notice.
What skincare brands do you use at Nourish Day Spa?
We feature medical-grade products from PCA Skin, VI Derm, Obagi Medical, and Eminence Organic. Our body treatments use OSEA algae-based products and Pure Fiji formulations for premium quality results.
Are gift cards available for purchase?
Yes, gift cards are valid for 1 year from purchase date and can be used for any services or retail products at Nourish Day Spa. They're available through our website or in-person purchases.
What amenities are included with spa packages?
Deluxe and Get Away packages include lunch. All packages require 18% gratuity (not included in price) and need advance booking. Mini and Men's packages do not include lunch service.
What are your age requirements for spa services?
Clients under 14 (female) or 16 (male) require adult supervision and written consent. Services for minors must be scheduled with same-gender therapists unless otherwise requested by guardians.
